It's been a while since I've posted any piano music, so here's something I've been working on over the summer. Enjoy!

Listening to this, and Spencer and I both recognized the tune as O, America from Celtic Woman's latest album, Songs from the Heart! I didn't know it was a hymn. Double whammy, whoo hoo!! :D *applauds*
Absolutely brilliant playing, btw. Have you considered doing a piano album of "Renditions by Nathan"? I'd SO buy that!
Haha, Yeah--no disrespect to Celtic Woman (they're a good group whom I enjoy), but the majority of what they do is more of a re-presenting of songs already out there. Nothin' wrong with that, of course, because they do present it well. I am biased toward William Joseph's original, however--haha. :D
I'm glad you enjoyed my playing! Haha, I've considered recording an album, just with my own compositions. I may have to look into doing some covers, though, to fill it out a bit and actually get it finished. Of course you'll know about it should that happen. ;-)
Thanks!
As usual, your music can't be adequately described by my words...but oh man dude that's Celtic Woman! :-D
Haha, but yeah, I know they re-do things, and like you said, I don't mind it one bit.
Good work, man, good work!
Spencer
When I learn songs nowadays, I don't ever get to the level of precision you've just shown. Nicely done.
Thanks, Tsira--nice to hear from you! :) I can understand where you're coming from on the precision point; I actually had to hit that "record" button on my camera at least a good thirty times or so yesterday before I got a video I was satisfied with. It certainly doesn't come easy, that's for sure (actually it's more often a real pain in the neck). :-P
